Summer Update

Pre-season training should be in full swing, if not then don't fret and just start from the beginning of the programme. Any fitness is better than no fitness!

New training times are listed here and on facebook so make sure you're there! No excuses!

Fresher's week starts 19.09.11 so make sure rugby stash is out in full glory!

Leeds 8th in country

Attending the national 7s competition was always an achievement for Leeds. However, they placed 8th against the likes of Loughborough, Leeds met and UWIC. This was a phenomenal achievement and testament to the hardwork put in through the season.
